We value our students and understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring a cancellation or refund. To ensure a smooth and transparent process, please review our refund policy carefully

1. Application

Students interested in enrolling in Azul Learning Institute's language courses must contact us to understand the registration process. If you have prior experience in studying a language, you are required to take a placement test to ensure that you are placed in the appropriate level. Our placement tests are free of charge. Following the placement test, we will conduct an oral interview to confirm that your oral communication skills align with your writing abilities. This interview is also free.

2. Payments

All payments must be made through our website. If you encounter any difficulties during the payment process, please contact us for assistance.

3. Services

Azul Learning Institute, LLC is an online language center offering both one-on-one and group language classes. We typically have four terms in a year, with each term lasting 10 weeks for our term-based courses.

4. Duration of Classes

Our term-based classes last either 1.5 hours or 2 hours, depending on the level. Detailed information about class durations can be found in the course descriptions. Private classes are tailored to meet the specific needs and availability of the students.

5. Books and Learning Materials

Books and learning materials are not included in the class fees. Azul Learning Institute, will provide students with the necessary information to purchase the required books.

6. Absences or Missing Classes

Our group classes meet weekly. Azul Learning Institute LLC, does not offer makeup sessions for missed group classes. If you miss a class, your teacher will send you notes and documents to help you catch up. For private classes, students must notify us at least 1 day in advance if they need to cancel a class.

7. Group Class Changes

If you feel that your group class is either too easy or too challenging, please contact us to explore your options. Depending on the circumstances, you may be placed in a different class. If the class schedule does not align with your availability, we can issue a credit for use in the next session or for our one-on-one classes.

8. Teacher Substitutions

Each group class typically has a dedicated teacher for the entire session. However, in case of emergencies, teachers may be substituted. Students will be notified of any changes.

9. Personal Property Damages

Azul Learning Institute LLC, is not liable for any damages to students' laptops or smartphones during classes. We use secure methods to contact our students and conduct classes on secured online platforms..

10. Eligibility for Refunds

Emergency Situations

Students are eligible to request a refund in cases of emergency, such as serious illness, family emergencies, or other compelling circumstances beyond their control. To apply for a refund, students must submit a formal request along with relevant documentation that supports their claim. The decision to grant a refund under these conditions will be made at the sole discretion of Azul Learning Institute, LLC.

Non-Refundable Payments

Once a class has been confirmed, we do not offer refunds. Instead, students may receive a credit that can be applied to a future class. This credit is valid only for the student who originally enrolled and cannot be transferred to another person. If a student decides to withdraw from the class without a valid reason, no refund or credit will be issued.

Requesting a Refund or Credit

To request a refund or credit, students must contact Azul Learning Institute, LLC by phone or email. We will provide guidance on the necessary steps to complete the request.

All requests must be submitted in writing, clearly stating the reason for the cancellation or refund, and include any supporting documentation.

Please note that refunds and credits are processed based on the specific terms outlined in this policy.

Refund Processing Time

If approved, refunds may take up to 30 business days to be processed.

Any refund granted will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original transaction.
